We are happy to share with you some positive community updates we have supported and witnessed around the village.

Mauchline CARS gives back

Hanging baskets As part of our contribution to support the Mauchline Holy Fair this year we donated funds to the Mauchline Community Council which was allocated towards their purchase of this years hanging baskets.  Darran, our Project Officer supported the Mauchline Community Council installing the baskets in time for the Holy Fair. We also plan on assisting with the watering and maintaining of the baskets this year.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Mauchline Community Council for the continuous hard work and dedication they offer to our village in delivering this and many other projects.

Community support needed 

Due to unforeseen circumstances Mauchline Community Council are still low on volunteers to support the watering of these baskets over the next couple of months.

Therefore if you could spare an hour in the evenings from 6.00pm to do so, any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated. All materials and instructions supplied, please follow the link below to note your interest in supporting.

Yarn Bombing Update We’ve noticed some new yarn decorations around the village in time for the Holy Fair. Thanks to the lovely weather, we cannot wait to find them all! Thanks again to our lovely village yarn bomber, we love your creations!
