Wednesday 12 July 10am – 12noon Castledykes Park, Dumfries
Celebrate the opening of the new permanent orienteering course at Casteldykes park, Nithsdale Active Schools are hosting a free morning of activity. Come along and try out the new course which features two maps to navigate! We will also have an obstacle course, family fun games and other activities to try out. Afterwards, why not play in the park, have a picnic or head down to Dock Park to try out the park and activities there!
Wednesday 12 July 10am – 12noon Agnew Park, Stranraer
Join us in Agnew Park for some family sports and activities. We will be working with partners to have lots of sports equipment for families to try/play with, a short walk for all, obstacle races and a fun family treasure hunt in the park.
Tuesday 18 July 2pm – 4pm Seaforth Tennis Courts area, Annan
Family afternoon with various sports on offer, including Tennis with Annan Seaforth Tennis courts and Petanque with the new Annan Petanque club. All equipment provided. Come and try out these great summer sports and meet the local club coaches who will be there to help guide and instruct all afternoon.

Tuesday 8 August 1.00pm – 4.00pm Victory Park, Lochmaben
Young people and families will have the opportunity to play and take part in a variety of activities including, a quiz trail round the loch, giant board games, fun races, tennis at Lochmaben Tennis Club, Bowling at Lochmaben Bowling Club, Golf and possibly the opportunity to try sailing on Castle Loch.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
