How to respond to and deal effectively with low level complaints against schools, staff and governors - to include dealing with vexatious complaints and posting of unreasonable content on social media.
This full-day event is being subsidised by DAPH and School Leadership Support Service. We are pleased to offer one free place per school site (Headteacher or Head of Teaching and Learning). Additional places, subject to availability, for non-DAPH members, eg Secondary Schools, other Primary School staff, Governors will be charged at £25 per delegate.

Thousands of pupils will benefit from life-saving defibrillators in their schools, as the government announces it has negotiated a substantial discount on hundreds of the machines. Schools can now opt to buy these machines, which require no training to use, at a reduced price. Read More>>

The Local Government Association (LGA) has confirmed that agreement has been reached between local government employers and trade unions on a pay increase for employees covered by the NJC for Local Government Services Agreement. It has been estimated that over 20,000 girls under the age of 15 are at risk of FGM in the UK each year, and that 66,000 women in the UK are living with the consequences of FGM. Half-day awareness courses (funded for Devon Maintained Schools) will be running next term across Devon. Read More>>
