Climate Cafe Listening Circle

Feeling stressed or anxious about the climate and ecological crisis? This free, welcoming space allows you to express fears and uncertainties about the climate crisis in a supportive environment.
Led by trained facilitators from the Climate Psychology Alliance and the Cornwall Climate Cafe Community of Practice project, the circle focuses on feelings rather than action. Participants will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and emotions without discussing climate policy or science.

Explore the intersection of queerness and climate engagement at the University of Plymouth's free illustrative workshops. Led by Devon Tipping, a PhD Education student and illustrator, these workshops provide a creative space for LGBTQ+ individuals to discuss how their identities influence their approach to climate issues.
Participants must be over 18, identify as LGBTQ+, and live in Plymouth. Registration is required.
Instow Beach Clean

 Water-Saving Community Fund
The Water-Saving Community Fund provides funding to support projects with positive community and environmental outcomes in the UK. Here are the key points:
Funding Amount: Up to £75,000 annually.
Eligibility: Open to not-for-profit organisations and community groups in the areas served by South West Water (Bournemouth, Devon, Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly).
Focus Areas: Projects that benefit the community and help to save water.
Application Deadlines: Projects applying for £1,000 and under are reviewed monthly. Projects applying for over £1,000 are reviewed biannually in October and April
Defender Awards
The Defender Awards provide funding to support projects with positive community and environmental outcomes in the UK. Here are the key points:
