Employer Reports
At present, we are sending out employer performance reports to those of you that currently have no outstanding information/queries pending to us.
We have also been considering the position with those employers that do have outstanding queries to respond to us on. Our systems team have confirmed that there have been great improvements with data provided on a monthly basis and the Employer & Communication team have been working with many of you to bring the outstanding queries up to date.
We really appreciate you working together with us to achieve this and going forward assuming this continues, it will mean that our member records will be up to date and accurate.
However, where engagement has been lacking with individual employers, we will be contacting them accordingly in March 2025, with information on the administration charges appropriate to those employers in line with the Pension Administration Strategy. To avoid receiving any charges in March, you will need to contact the Employer & Comms team to discuss outstanding cases without delay and work with us to get the information to us within an agreed timescale so that we can finalise any outstanding calculations for the members impacted.
