Following a number of years of not being able to hold our employer forums, due to the pandemic, we are pleased to announce our intention to hold 2 forums this year. These will be;-
Somerset Pension Forum Taunton Holiday Inn 14th November 2023
Devon Pension Forum Exeter Racecourse 15th November 2023
These forums will be a chance for us to inform you of some important updates, and provide the opportunity for you to ask any questions. We are also considering running a separate session after the main forum on completing the leaver spreadsheet and your employer responsibilities. The forum is also a good chance for you to network with other employers who are also part of the Devon/Somerset pension funds. If you use a third party payroll provider it is important that a representative attends the forums either in person or via live link. We would be grateful if you could indicate on the survey as soon as possible which event you would attend;

Keep us updated with any changes in staff responsible for completing our forms (authorised signatories). This can be done by completing our online form.
Payment of Pension Fund Contributions - please remember to inform us and the relevant Finance team each time you have paid your pension scheme contributions, by filling in the Monthly Contributions Form.
If you are changing your Payroll Provider, please contact the Employer & Communications Team so that we can help you through the process and make sure you retain access to historical payroll information.
TUPEs & New Academies - Please do not complete the leaver spreadsheet if members are leaving your employment and transferring to another employer under TUPE. Follow the process outlined on our website instead.
