Snowy conditions

Good evening,

A quick update on the current weather situation. Yesterday we treated our secondary routes for the third time since last Wednesday with a further treatment planned for tomorrow morning, Wednesday 14th December.

A decision on any further treatments will be made on Thursday depending on the forecast. Tonight, there is a forecast for snow, particularly over the high ground across the County such as the Dartmoor and Exmoor, Telegraph Hill and the Blackdowns.

The cold weather is expected to be with us into the weekend with warmer weather forecast into next week. Please take care if undertaking any salting or travelling on the network. If there are any significant changes, we will send out an update.

Many thanks,

Andy Cole
