We would like to remind employers that Regulation 60 of the LGPS 2013 Regulations requires you to set out your policy in the exercise of discretions covering the following:
Furthermore employers should keep the policy under regular review.
A copy of the policy/revised policy must be published and sent to the administering authority within one month of its agreement.

The 2021 personal benefit statements for all scheme members are now available to view through the Member Self Service portal. For members who receive a postal version, their statement should arrive by 31st August.
