A herd of sheep.

Come and visit us at the Devon County Show this week!

The Devon County Show is back and is taking place in just a couple of days time, from Friday 2 July to Sunday 4 July. We will once again be sharing a stand at the show with partners, albeit a socially distanced one this year!

Visitors to our stand will be able to explore a variety of displays, in a COVID-safe space, spanning a range of themes including the environment, Devon's climate emergency and business support in Devon.

It will be packed with eye-opening activities, competitions and information for the whole family. With stands including the Devon Climate Emergency, Local Nature Partnership and Co Cars as well as the Tour of Britain and a takeaway café run by Camper Coffee.

Businesses are also encouraged to drop by as the Heart of the South West Growth Hub and Cosmic, along with Made in Devon and the Mental Health and Wellbeing in Farming initiative, will be providing a welcoming hub, offering a range of specialist digital and business advice as well as the chance to talk about mental wellbeing.

If you want to find out more about what will be on offer on our stand – read the full rundown of exhibits on our News Centre.

We look forward to welcoming you – come rain or shine – to our stand. We’ll be in our usual place: Road 8, Stand 248.

Devon County Show organisers have been working hard to make sure that there are COVID-19 measures in place at the show to help keep visitors and their families safe.

You can find out more on the Devon County Show website.

Go for the Flow

Go for the Flow at the Devon County Show

We will also be joined at the show by a Devon County Council community testing van, which will be parked right next door to our stand.

Staff will be encouraging people to ‘Go for the Flow’ and get free rapid lateral flow tests at the van, available from 9am to 5pm each day. Visitors will also be able to collect lateral flow test kits to use at home.

Bottles of the COVID-19 vaccine

Vaccination clinic at the Devon County Show

Have you got tickets for the County Show and not yet had both doses of your COVID-19 vaccination?

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust will be running a pop-up vaccination clinic at the Devon County Show.

There’s no need to book! They'll be in Wadsworth Pavilion until 4pm on all three days of the show, offering:

  • First dose Pfizer for anyone aged 18 years old or above.
  • Second dose AstraZeneca for anyone who had their first dose more than eight weeks ago.

Although not essential, it would help staff at the clinic if you could remember to bring your first appointment card or proof of age if you visit.

Cycle path sign.
