Dear colleagues,
Late last week MHCLG published a consultation on amendments to the statutory underpin for the LGPS. The consultation seeks views on proposed changes to the LGPS in England and Wales to remove the unlawful age discrimination identified in the McCloud judgment.
The 12 week consultation will close on 8 October 2020.
