Annual General Meeting & Extraordinary General Meetings | 8 July 2020
Dear Members
You are invited to attend the DAPH & DASH Annual General Meetings which will take place via MS Teams on Wednesday 8 July 2020. The AGM formalities will include a review of the work undertaken by DAPH & DASH during 2019/20 and the EGMs will deal with the formal dissolution and transfer of functions and assets from DAPH & DASH Unincorporated Associations to Devon Schools Leadership Services CIO.
Following the AGMs, an EGM will consider the following proposal from the respective Executive Committee:
'To dissolve DAPH / DASH as an unincorporated association and to transfer the functions of the phase association, assets and respective membership benefits to the charitable organisation Devon Schools Leadership Services (Devon SLS) CIO'.
The DAPH AGM / EGM is taking place at 10.00am - 11.00am

DSLS CIO - Invitation for Nomination for the new Schools Executive Committee and / or Expression of Interest to Represent Schools on Working Groups
Nominations are now being sought for the opening membership of the Schools Executive Committee (SEC) and school leaders from all Devon academy and L/A maintained schools (primary and secondary) are invited to apply. Additionally, we are also seeking Expressions of Interest from school leaders to represent the phases at various local authority groups.

The closing date for nominations is noon on 6 July 2020.
A final list of nominations per phase will be confirmed at the forthcoming DAPH & DASH AGM/EGMs on 8 July 2020.

The next area meetings for primary school leaders* will be held on Thursday 9 & Friday 10 July 2020.
Be part of the conversation - we'll be talking about the latest COVID-19 updates including the imminent DfE guidance due out this week for September opening.
- 9 July | North (1.30pm) and East (3.30pm)
- 10 July | Central & SW (1.30pm)
* Open to Devon school leaders from the primary phase (CEO’s, Executive Headteachers, Headteachers, Heads of School from Academy and Local Authority schools within Devon).
