Important SEND/High Needs survey - Worth Less?

Dear all
I have been working behind the scenes with ITN news in order to carry a high profile story on the challenges that schools and Local Authorities face regarding SEND and High Needs budgets.
I have also completed a pilot survey with 20 or so headteacher colleagues across our network in order to come up with this ‘final’ survey:
Please could you share the above link across your LA / borough (today if possible) and urge headteachers to complete it as soon as possible. It is important to make clear that only headteachers should complete it. I have told ITN that we will get at least 2000 headteacher responses. Please help me to achieve this by sharing far and wide and also by strongly encouraging colleague headteachers to fill it in.
In my view this is an area that remains vastly under resourced – even with some new investment promised by government – and we have a real opportunity to influence investment ahead of a DfE review into provision.
