MASH Front Door

Devon County Council has been exploring how to improve people’s experience of contacting and working with the MASH.

They have recently started to create some prototypes that are designed to meet the needs of users. The user research team would like to hear from safeguarding leads and other users of the MASH service interested in volunteering to test the prototypes they've created. These sessions will initially take place at County Hall, Exeter, late-November / early-December.

If you would like to volunteer please visit the simple one-question survey where you can provide your email address. Your involvement in the prototype testing will help them identify ways to ensure any new service meets the needs of users.
