Devon Education Apprenticeships

Devon Education Apprenticeships - Exeter College

Exeter College are excited to announce the launch of the DEA Partnership - an initiative to help with recruitment and training in Devon schools through apprenticeships.

We aim to inform those working in the education sector about how apprenticeships can be effectively used within school settings. We have worked collaboratively with local stakeholders to influence this project and ensure we can support schools in the most productive way.

Apprenticeships are for people of all ages and are available in a wide variety of roles that are essential in schools - from teaching, leadership and accountancy, through to catering, laboratory support and HR.

The NEW website will take you through how you can utilise our support to offer staff development, fill skills gaps and recruit into hard to fill roles. We take the hassle out of the administration and can provide guidance on how you can harness government funds to cover all of, or 95% of, the cost of training. Of course, if you are a levy paying school, our expert team can guide you through how to use and manage what you've accrued.

Visit the Devon Education Apprenticeships website and find out more about how we could help you.
