Getting to grips with Person Centred Planning

It ran alongside the Children in Care Wellbeing Project and focused around personalisation for young people, outcome planning, history of personal health budgets, current polices & person centred planning for children in care.

The training has received great feedback and opportunities are being explored to run it again.

There is a New Provider for Children's Community Health Services
