the role of Strategic Director People) as well as the Lead Member for

Pay and grade review for social workers in Adult Social
Care Parity has been achieved between adult social worker
and children and family social worker pay grades. All experienced social
workers in adult services working for us will be paid at
Grade G, with ASYEs paid at Grade F. (PDF version)
