Update on the SAP upgrade
Unfortunately, due to limited resources, the SAP upgrade planned for January 2023 has been delayed. The team are still working hard to arrange for the upgrade to take place as soon as possible, so that everyone can benefit from an easy to use system that enables better reporting. We’ll share more information about when to expect the upgrade and what it means for you in the new year.
This month's newsletter contains articles about creating the Household Support Fund return, the Free School Meal (FSM) reports now available in SAM, a reminder about the next pupil census date and how to create CMJ/CML files for in year joiners and leavers, plus dates for the next round of RM Integris online training as well as how to record the additional Bank Holiday next year.
The RM Integris School Training and Support Team have published the Spring 2023 Census guide, to enable schools to prepare for the pupil census return on Thursday 19 January 2023. RM Integris schools will not be able to run the census return until the software has been upgraded to the January 2023 DfE census specifications, but can still check their data now using this guidance. Please note you will need to log into S4S to access this information.
