Reports have been sent via Perspective Lite General folder to schools. Please ensure you are using the new guidance published 24 January 2022 to complete the forms, which should be submitted by 18 March 2022.
The ICO has recently updated their guidance on CCTV camera systems, which must be followed by all schools which have CCTV on their premises.
Due to the fast approaching financial year end, could all schools please ensure that all TAPS reimbursement paperwork for funding which ceased during Autumn terms 1 & 2 and Spring terms 1 & 2 is returned by Friday 25 March 2022. Please see SchoolsNet for details and copy of the reimbursement form.

The Education Data Hub is running training via Microsoft Teams on 4 April 2022 at 1.30pm which will provide schools with guidance and template documents to help consider and manage data protection implications of CCTV systems. This can be booked via the Services for Schools website and is free of charge for schools who subscribe to the Data Protection Officer service and £49 for non-subscribing schools.
