Legal duty to employees, pupils and visitors for the provision of a safe working environment
To ensure premises remain a safe working environment thorough examination and testing is a vital element of the building management process. Employers and their delegated responsible persons are key to ensuring arrangements are made to ensure necessary examination and testing continues to take place. TAPS/TMP funding
Schools with TAPS/TMP funding expiring during term 3 (spring term 1), or funding which remains unclaimed from terms 1 and 2, are required to return the reimbursement paperwork to the Inclusion Team as a matter of urgency (12 February 2021 at the latest), using either Perspective Lite or encrypted email. Email: Susan.Mills@derbyshire.gov.uk If using Perspective Lite please ensure that you use INCtaps in the document title as a identifier for the Inclusion Team.
