The closing date for applications for Reception places for the 2021-22 academic year and for those children in year 2 at infant schools transferring to junior education in September 2021 is midnight on Friday 15th January.
Please see the attached information explaining the reminder procedure for children in year 2 at infant schools and asking for your assistance in ensuring as many Derbyshire parents as possible apply for their school place on time.

New online directory for providing help to families
A new online directory has been developed to provide professionals as well as children, young people and their families the ability to search for a wide range of services and support on offer. The Community Directory for Families has been developed with Early Help teams across the county and you can find information on a wide range of activities, family support and parenting, money and benefits, housing, learning, skills and employment and national support groups.
The directory is still being developed so if you have anything you would like to add or say please use the feedback form along the top banner.
