One/two week food boxes and Derbyshire Catering Service’s business continuity plan

As an increasing number of pupils and year groups are required to self-isolate, Derbyshire Catering Service would like to reassure schools that we are continuing to offer one and two week food boxes for pupils eligible for benefits-related free meals, meaning pupils can still benefit from good nutritious food. Please note you will have to be logged in to view this content.

New e-bulletin area on SchoolsNet

We have been listening to feedback about how you use SchoolsNet and especially the COVID section. We have made several changes to the way the information is grouped and presented, one being the availability of previous e-bulletins. There is now a dedicated section where you will be able to find a library, which we are populating with the current term’s e-bulletins, so you are able to reference back to anything you may have missed. We hope this will assist with finding information, but if there is anything else you feel we could do better please let us know by emailing cs.web@derbyshire.gov.uk

Remote learning policy for schools

Transfer to secondary education 2021/2022

Provisional numbers for the 2021/2022 secondary intakes are now available on SAM. This includes all Derbyshire on time applications and some out of county preferences for Derbyshire schools. You are advised to regularly check your numbers as we are still awaiting preferences from some neighbouring authorities and we continue to receive late applications on a daily basis.
