Not seen, not heard
We're calling on health services to do more for children at risk of harm. Our new national report, Not seen, not heard, looks at how effectively health services provide help to children in care or with safeguarding concerns.
We've also produced a video to illustrate our findings, as well as a report summary aimed at children and young people.
Have your say in our deaths review
We've started gathering evidence for our review of how NHS trusts investigate and learn from deaths.
If you've been affected by the way an NHS trust has reviewed or investigated a death, your feedback could play a valuable part in this review. Fill out our online form, which is live until Sunday 12 August.
We've published Building bridges, breaking barriers, our new report looking at how care for older people is integrated across services. The review seeks to improve our understanding of how health and social care services work together to meet the needs of older people.
We've released the findings of our Safe data, safe care review. It looks at whether personal health and care information is being used safely and is appropriately protected in the NHS.
The review is published alongside complementary recommendations from the National Data Guardian, Dame Fiona Caldicott.
We've now published our annual report and accounts for 2015/16, which show we are making good progress towards completing comprehensive inspections of all the services we rate.
