Provider portal and online registration system downtime

The Provider Portal and online registration system will be unavailable from 4pm on Friday 8 June to 7pm on Sunday 10 June. This is to allow us to make essential improvements to the systems.

New registration applications update

We now have two different routes to register as a new service provider, depending on whether your registered managers are applying for new registrations, or are intending to continue in their current role, managing the same type of service and regulated activities at the same location(s). Read more here.
