Please pass this on to your colleagues and friends so that we get as many responses as possible by the 9 April (the day before Good Friday).
We have now rolled out the latest version of Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing. We have a short questionnaire, to explore where parents/carers and professionals get information from when they are concerned about a child’s wellbeing. This information will be used to improve the Dimensions Tool and its roll out. It should take about 5 minutes.
Please fill out this survey from the viewpoint of one role only (e.g parent/carer or professional). If you are willing to fill out a second survey from a different viewpoint (e.g in your professional role) this would be really helpful. We are interested in comparing the differences between parents and professionals and we know that some people will be in both roles.
