Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we will be postponing issuing Fixed Penalty Notices and/or Monitoring period requests that have been received since Tuesday 17 March 2020 with immediate effect.
All cases that are still within the 4 week monitoring period will also be placed on hold with immediate effect.
We will however still be accepting payments for any live FPNs for irregular attendance and leave of absence issued before 2 March 2020.

School nurses are still available and can be contacted with questions/queries from yourselves. Please continue to send in referrals to the safeguarding email swg-tr.charteravenueschoolnursing@nhs.net or swg-tr.moathouseschoolnursing@nhs.net and we can safely access them.
We also would like to be more available to the parents in case they wish to ask questions and now that we have a parent line, they can TEXT in on 07507 329 114. We can then call the parent back.
Please can you share this number with all parents as they may still be in need of support with sleep, behaviours, bedwetting and constipation etc and maybe while the children are at home, it’s a good time to offer this support.
