Coventry Prevent referral form

The form to make referrals to Prevent has changed - if you have a concern about anyone being radicalised, becoming involved in extremism or supporting terrorism then you should submit a referral in the usual way on the new form.

It is national guidance and will ensure we have a consistent approach across all Local Authorities. There is no change to process just remove copies of the old form and replace with the new one.

If you require any further information or support regarding the form or in relation to Prevent in general, then please get in touch Prevent@coventry.gov.uk
