Video on improvement planning
Staff supporting children and young people can now learn about the model for improvement and PDSA (plan, do, study, act) cycles of change in a new video presented by our quality improvement support team. The video presentation features a real life example of improvement in personal planning for children and young people. In future, we will be supporting the sector with more targeted and specific videos and resources through a dedicated page on the Care Inspectorate's Hub.
