You told us finding services and information to support you in the Early Years (0-5 years) is difficult. 

We worked together with parents and carers to put together the Early Years Roadmap to make it easier for you to navigate and to find services, information and support you need.

The roadmap includes support from pre-natal and birth right through to school age, with ongoing support and a parent experience within the Early Years along with direct links to support that you can find in our Local Offer.

Are there Gaps in Services?

A requirement of the Local Offer is to give your feedback to commissioners of services, about the quality of existing provision and inform them of any gaps in service provision available.

Every 6 months we will produce a report with all the potential gaps received and a response from Cheshire West and Chester Council and Partners.

The Early Years Roadmap above is a response to parents and carers telling us that there was a gap in finding services and information in the Early Years. 

We are currently reviewing our previous gaps report, where we will provide an update as required. It is also your chance to have your say and let us know if there are: 

• any gaps in services that you think there are
  or
• services that are being delivered by there is not enough eg. waiting list for the service.
