In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we’re closely following government guidelines. We have plans in place to maintain services for our customers and to protect the welfare of our employees.
The government has introduced the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill, which will relieve the burden on businesses and support economic recovery.
Many of the measures in the Bill will need secondary legislation before they come into force. Nothing will change until that legislation is introduced.
The government, in consultation with industry, has produced guidance to help make sure workplaces are as safe as possible.
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is also hosting webinars on working safely during coronavirus, covering a range of workplace settings.
The government has issued updated guidance for people who work in or run shops, branches and stores to help them re-open and protect their staff and customers.

Visit gov.uk/business-support to find out more about the government support available to you, or head over to BEIS' coronavirus business support blog to read examples of how other businesses have used the government's support schemes.
