From time to time, Early Help Coordinators are contacted by Early Help Officers with information that there has been a Police call out to a family they are supporting.
From 01/06/2021, Cumbria Police Safeguarding HUB Officers will contact Early Help coordinators directly with this information, sharing it under Section 115 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
This should ensure you receive the information in a more timely manner.
The Police email will include details of how to contact an Early Help Officer should you need to discuss the Early Help support further.
Please ensure that information regarding any Early Help Assessments you are coordinating is current, so the police can ensure the information is shared with the correct person.
