Dear Colleague

May I take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work to provide a secure and enriching place for our youngest children to learn and flourish.

As we approach the first of the May Bank Holidays I wish you a well-deserved and restful break, in what continues to be a challenging time for many across the early years sector.

Early Years Provider Survey – Heads up

We are sending out a survey to all Providers across early years next week to gain an understanding of your needs across a range of important areas. Please look out for this important survey in the briefing next week. We have also consulted with the Early Years Reference group which included representatives of the sector on its contents.

Home Learning

This week our focus is on the rhyme 'Hey Diddle Diddle’.   Please share with parents to support home learning around the development of speech, language and communication.

Chat Play Share – Hey Diddle Diddle

For a range of fun activity ideas, please share What Can I Do This Week? Remember that the activities contained in this communication are for the week starting next Monday.
