eLearning: A guide to co-production

In order to improve our services, we have been working in partnership with parents and young people. This is called co-production, and we’ve co-produced an e-learning course in partnership with practitioners and the SNAP Parent Carer Forum to help people learn more about it. This training supports everyone to understand the importance of co-production in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We are sharing this course with all our Children’s Services staff – but it is also available to you. Visit My Learning Central to sign-up for an e-learning account and then search for ‘A guide to co-production’. Further details on how to create a login on the website.

Useful Information for parents - New joint referral form for Community Paediatrics (Beds and Luton)

From 29 November, the Bedfordshire & Luton Community Paediatrics Services are working as one joint service.   The aims of this joint working will be to enhance patient experience, improve waiting times, and that children will be seen at the right place, right time, and by the right person.

They have also launched a NEW joint referral pack.
