Opening windows whilst indoors can help reduce the spread of COVID-19

We all have a part to play in protecting our loved ones and keeping coronavirus at bay

Washing your hands, wearing a face covering and social distancing continue to be important measures we can all take to reduce the spread of the virus.

As the colder weather sets in and we stay indoors more, opening windows and improving ventilation can also help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses too.

The NHS have produced a new video explaining the importance of opening a window regularly, letting fresh air in and helping any infected particles to leave your home.
