Repairs Service Update

Our Repairs Team are beginning to undertake small internal repairs. Safety measures have been put in place to make sure you and our Operatives are kept safe.

Measures in place:

  • Operatives will call before commencing work to ask a few Health & Safety Questions
  • Only 1 Operative will attend and complete any internal repairs

  • The Operative will work in your home for approx 1 hour

  • We ask tenants to remain in a different room whilst work takes place – If this is not adhered to the works will be cancelled.

  • The Operative will use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the property

  • After completing the repair they will clear and wipe down the area where the work was carried out.

Please do not allow anyone into your home if you are self-isolating, or showing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Did you know that you can send all ID documents and further information on your Housing application through to our email homesearch@broxtowe.gov.uk?

It's so easy and quick. It also prevents documents from getting lost, saves paper and the planet. What's not to love?

Sign ups

We are currently signing up tenants in the high priority bands using the triage system and hope to increase sign ups in July.

Tenancy Terms and other information discussed will be via a telephone appointment.

Whilst we are developing a new 'normal' please remind yourself of the current changes to services within the Housing Department via the link below.
