Help for Parents

Parents play a key role in supporting their children through both crisis and recovery with Mental Health.

But it can be difficult to find the resources and support you need to do this. The Help for Parents website can guide you on advice, information and support.

One piece of advice from the website is to 'Talk to others by joining an online forum or a parent support group. You're not alone.'
