The discreet falls detector is worn around the neck or wrist and will automatically trigger an alert to our monitoring centre if they fall.

Boiler maintenance this WINTER

Worcester Boiler Talk 1

As the days are getting colder, here are some top tips to keep you warm and safe this winter.

  • Keep heating the on (it's actually more energy efficient), just turn it down low when your not in
  • Do not turn off the radiators in rooms that are not used. It does not save money and puts extra pressure on other radiators to heat the house. It can also cause damp issues
  • Frozen Pipes? Grab your hot water bottle to thaw out the pipework. Don't forget to turn off the water
  • Need to pressurise? Always set it to 1! Not sure how to? Watch this short video by Worcester Bosch. Still not sure? Give us a call on 0115 917 7777

We Remember

Bexhill Remembrance Activity

Residents at Bexhill Court made poppies in November, with the Activities Co-ordinator to mark Armistice Day.

They shared stories of being children in World War 2 and what life was like in those times.

'I was 10 and I remember the rations, I was always hungry'

Though November is drawing to a close we will never forget their sacrifice.
