Homeless Manager (Temporary)
Salary: Up to £32,914 per annum. 12 month fixed term contract
We’re looking for an experienced housing professional to manage our Housing Options Team. With knowledge of social housing, homeless legislation and the prevention of homelessness, you will be able to manage a high quality and effective housing options and housing advice service, making best use of all tools available to enable you to prevent and relieve homelessness in the Broxtowe Borough.

Business Support Administrator Part Time
Salary: £18,724 - £19,847 pro rata per annum. 18.5 hours per annum.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual who is highly customer focused. You will be accurate in your work, have a flexible “can do” attitude, be ready to change role at a moment’s notice and remain calm under pressure.
A typical day in this role would be raising purchase orders, paying invoices, scanning/indexing, inputting data, opening, sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, handling enquiries via telephone.

Area Caretaker Part Time

We are looking for an Area Caretaker to join our in-house Housing Repairs Team. As the area’s largest landlord, this role will be vital in ensuring a high quality caretaking service within our neighbourhoods.
This includes clearing bin areas of rubbish, clearing fly tipping and cleaning communal hallways. You’ll complete work to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

Repairs Operatives
We are looking for skilled tradespeople to join our highly performing in-house Housing Repairs Team. We own over 4,000 homes in Broxtowe and are the area’s largest landlord. Our in-house Housing Repairs Team undertake over 14,000 repairs each year.
We have a number of permanent roles available and are looking for skilled tradespeople who have a range of building skills including joinery, plastering (patching) and plumbing. We are particularly interested in people who have skills in the following trades:
- Plasterers
- Plumbing
- General building

Gas Engineer P/T
Salary: 23,707 - £25,175 pro rata per annum. 18 hours per week
We are looking for a Gas Engineer to join our highly performing in-house Housing Repairs Team. You will undertake domestic gas servicing and maintenance activities to over 4,000 homes we own and manage across Broxtowe Borough Council.
You will be able to diagnose faults to gas appliances and fix problems on a daily basis and be competent in the use of data recording and analysis equipment. Most of our boiler stock is Worcester Bosch, so experience of servicing and maintaining Worcester boilers will be an advantage.
