Candidates have been announced for the upcoming elections!

Names of all standing candidates can be viewed on the current elections webpage.

Look on our candidates hub for key information, timetables and forms.  Complete and return the relevant forms to us by 26 April if you wish to appoint counting agents and a guest to attend the verification and count on 2 and 3 May.

Make sure you read the Electoral Commission guidance on spending and donations and campaigning.

Social Media Guidance

Photos – copyright and GDPR

Social media is increasingly becoming more visual and so photos and videos should be a key part of your social media presence. However, before posting anything check you have the right data permissions in place (especially important for photos of vulnerable adults and children) and only post items you have the copyright for.  Further social media guidance is available.
