Sport and physical activity encourage positivity, stimulate brain activity and contribute to good health.
The Mindful Sport programme aims to improve the mental health of people in the community through social physical activity sessions and includes activities such as table tennis, gentle Pilates, mindful yoga, sound baths, swimming and walks.
The activities help people who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression and other similar conditions.

Canoe Trail are running their second schools networking event at Kempston Outdoor Centre on 26 March, 4-6pm.
The evening will include access to the well-being resources through the London 2012 Inspire Mark social enterprise www.inspiredlife.org, outdoor activities, inspirational speakers and the opportunity to try lots of outdoor activities including climbing, high ropes, canoeing and kayaking and Stand up paddleboarding.
Food and drink will be available at the new horsebox café at Kempston Outdoor Centre.

Canoe Trails Holiday Club course bookings are now live for the forthcoming school holidays, providing opportunities for students to enjoy outdoor activities, still for just £35 per day.
Starting in Easter holidays and running throughout the year you can now book ahead for canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, high ropes, climbing, bouldering, tag archery, urban coasteering, axe throwing, and so much more.
