Keep the kids busy with free family activities in libraries every day of the school holidays.

Don’t forget to do the Christmas treasure hunt! Just ask staff and they’ll give you a sheet featuring some cute festive characters hidden around the library.

These activities are funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

While you’re at the library, remember to borrow some books or magazines for the festive period. You’ll spot Christmas themed displays highlighting fiction and non-fiction for children and adults.

Can’t make any more decisions? Try something from the Wrapped Up display at Bedford Central Library. Each book has a brief description on its wrapping, ready for you to borrow and surprise yourself with at home!
