World Mental Health Day takes place on Thursday 10 October every year and is an opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues, tackle the stigma surrounding mental health and promote open and positive conversations.
A free healthy mind and healthy body hub featuring a host of interactive activities is being held in Bedford’s Harpur Square to mark World Mental Health Day.
There will be FREE taster sessions of “Percussion sound baths” at 11.30am and 1pm. Come down to try out the free relaxing, mindful activity.
There will also be a 1 hour FREE beginner Mindful yoga session at 2pm in the Harpur suite. Just Turn Up, First come, first served. Mats provided.

Fun and inclusive activities on a weekly basis with support from onsite CAMHs practitioners. No special clothing required and all welcome to take part in comfortable clothes of their choice. Take part in one activity or all three as much or as little as you wish.
