Active Adults is a sports programme aimed at over 35 year olds. It is ideal for those who wish to try a particular activity or have a go at something new. It is also aimed at those who have previously tried a sport and want to return to it in a relaxed, informal environment with other like-minded people.Download the Active Adults booklet
All sessions are held at local venues situated within the Borough. The sessions are run for adults, by experienced and qualified coaches. All required equipment will be provided.
If you like the sport and want to continue with it after the course has finished you will be provided with the information to enable you to do so.
The new programme starts week commencing Monday 29th April 2019:
- All courses run for 8 weeks
- All courses start week commencing 29th April 2019, unless stated differently in the confirmation details participants will be sent
- All courses are aimed at over 35 year olds
- All courses are aimed at beginners unless specified
