How to stay motivated
They say 80% of New Year resolutions fail by February! To stay motivated:
1) Plan! Planning is really powerful when you are trying to make any change so if you want to exercise more, work out when you will fit it in
2) Get into a regular routine. If it's a habit, you won't have to re-decide every time!
3) Find someone to exercise with. Socialising is a key motivator so a tennis partner is perfect!
