How to stay motivated

They say 80% of New Year resolutions fail by February! To stay motivated:

1) Plan! Planning is really powerful when you are trying to make any change so if you want to exercise more, work out when you will fit it in

2) Get into a regular routine. If it's a habit, you won't have to re-decide every time!

3) Find someone to exercise with. Socialising is a key motivator so a tennis partner is perfect!

If you want some friendly, competition, the next round of the Bedford Singles Tennis League runs from 14 February to 10 April. Join here by Monday 11 February.
