Mindful Sport - Update

Mful Sport

Mindful Sport

The specialist programme that offers informal physical activity sessions to support mental health and physical health will have its final session of 2017 this week with the Wellbeing walk on Friday at 11.00 am(15/12/17). Starting at the Higgins Museum

The programme returns in 2018 and will continue to provide a regular weekly option for local people to get active and feel comfortable talking about mental health. The partnership with the Wellbeing service at the East London Foundation Trust means that information is on hand to offer advice about other local mental health services.

The programme returns in January with the first session back after the Christmas break taking place on Friday 5th January which will be the Wellbeing walk.

All other sessions return the following week commencing on Monday 8th January with Mindful Table Tennis at the Higgins Museum  at 3-4 pm.
