Schools out!

School’s out and there are plenty of great reasons to leave the car at home and stay local this summer – including up to 50% off local attractions if you go by bus or train. You’ll do Birmingham’s air quality a big favour too.

It’s official – Birmingham has some of Britain’s best green spaces. If you’re out and about, why not check them out?

Looking for a variety of things to do? Visit The Library of Birmingham which has been included in a set of new special stamps issued by Royal Mail that celebrate 10 iconic buildings in the UK.

When travelling around, please bear in mind that major repair works are being carried out on the motorway network in our region on the M5 and M6. So expect delays and plan ahead for travel. To ease congestion and to encourage more people to travel by bus, National Express West Midlands has introduced a discounted weekly ticket.
