We urge the public to avoid using play and leisure facilities across the borough for the foreseeable future. This measure is necessary to limit the spread of coronavirus.

Keeping active at home

Staying active is really important for our mental health and wellbeing. Whilst we can't come together in person, through technology and online activities we can.

Active Essex have compiled lots of ideas and videos on how you can keep active whilst you’re at home, if you are well enough.

From gentle exercise including seating and strength activities, yoga, breathe and stretch sessions to fitness activities to keep the whole family moving - have a look at:
