Hidden Palace Update
Tyler Realtors and Lenders,
The City of Tyler Neighborhood Services is working to complete the remaining five houses in Phase 1 of the new Hidden Palace neighborhood located at Palace Avenue and Queen Street. We anticipate the completion to be during the first quarter of Year 2023.
The homes were initially projected to be completed by the end of summer 2022. Due to supply and labor issues, we were not able to complete the houses in that timeframe.
Moreover, we also had personnel changes in the Neighborhood Services Department. Mr. Larry Everett was recently hired as our new Community Development Manager, and he is overseeing the Hidden Palace project. Finally, we are working on projects to enhance the aesthetics of the Hidden Palace neighborhood, including the establishment of a homeowners’ association.
