Happy New Year!

As another year comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to wish you all the best in 2022! We are so grateful for not only your continued partnership as we build a great community together, but for your friendship, and we look forward to working together in the new year. May you have a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2022!

Tyler Development Center will be closed Friday, Dec. 31, for the New Year’s holiday and will reopen on Monday, Jan. 3.

COVID-19 Update

Tyler Development Center is open and offering virtual meetings.

The Development Services Department is open to the public Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We encourage customers to continue to use our 24/7 online permitting system at www.tylerinspections.com or to call to ask questions at 903.531.1151 (Permits) and 903.531.1175 (Planning).

All meetings, such as Pre-Development Meetings, are still offered virtually upon request.

Development Services and Engineering Bulletin Moving to Monthly

Starting in January, our Bulletin will be offered monthly. This will give us the opportunity to maintain regular contact with the development community and provide meaningful content to our subscribers.
