Admission is free, with $20 tasting wristbands available for chili and peach cobbler samples during the cookoff and baking contest.
The Fort Worth Music Festival returns to the Stockyards from Thursday, Feb. 26 through Sunday, March 1, bringing four days of live performances across more than seven stages. This all-ages event features emerging Texas-based artists and music industry networking opportunities.

Beginning Sunday, March 1, 2026, new REGIONAL fares for TRE riders take effect, including a lower adult daily ticket price. Enjoy the same convenient service between Fort Worth and Dallas while saving on parking and traffic.

To purchase a reduced fare, riders must have valid identification and be ages 5-19, seniors age 65+, persons with disabilities, or Medicare card holders.
 TEXRAIL SERVICE UPDATES
Through March 15, to accommodate construction for safety enhancements at Fort Worth Central Station, TEXRail service will be adjusted on Sundays. During these times, TEXRail will not operate at Fort Worth Central Station or Fort Worth T&P Station.
Service adjustment dates and times:
• Sunday, March 1 | 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Sunday, March 8 | 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Sunday, March 15 | 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
During these hours, TEXRail will begin and end service at North Side Station. Passengers traveling downtown will connect via the Orange Line bus. Riders continuing to Fort Worth T&P Station may connect using Bus Route 6 or the Blue Line. TEXRail will operate on its regular schedule before and after the listed times.
