CUSTOMER SURVEY HAPPENING NOW

Trinity Metro wants to give you the best service possible. And you can help make that happen by sharing your opinions with us!

In the coming weeks, Trinity Metro representatives will be at stops, in stations and on board our buses and trains asking riders like you to take part in our customer survey.

The questions are quick and easy, and designed to help us communicate better with you in the future. So if someone approaches you during your trip and asks if you’d like to participate in the survey, we’d love to hear what you think!
